This agreement is a legal contract between you and Totoro VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the VPN client application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you understand and agree to this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, translation of app text, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or pricing and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because it may weaken system security and affect the App's operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failure caused by unpaid device service, data caps, weak signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility. Confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to battery depletion, disabled system permissions, or local network failure is outside our compensation scope. We strive to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by such information. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within reasonable limits. After termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.
